Bhed Chaal is a 6-round party game for 4–10 players where everyone taps the same prompt and you score by matching the majority. The one who answered differently becomes "Aaj ka Bhed" — the lone wolf of the night.

Herd Mentality Party Game for Desi Friend Groups

Sab ek saath socho — ya akele raho.

Think Herd Mentality but calibrated for desi friend groups — the prompts are about chai preferences, shaadi dance floors, family dynamics, and things your group will immediately recognise. Unlike the board game version, Bhed Chaal runs entirely on phones with no cards or boards needed, and the content tier system lets you dial from safe-for-grandparents to ruthlessly personal.

Kaise khelein

01

Host picks a content tier — Halka for mixed groups, Masaledaar for close friends.

02

A prompt drops with 4–5 options. Everyone taps secretly. 30 seconds.

03

The majority stays in the pack. The lone dissenter becomes Aaj ka Bhed — crowned at the closing Hall of Shame.

How does Bhed Chaal work?

A prompt appears with 4–5 options. All players tap secretly in 30 seconds. The majority answer wins — those players stay in the pack. Anyone who answered differently is called out as "Aaj ka Bhed" (today's lone wolf). After 6 rounds, the closing screen reveals who was the lone wolf most often.

What is the difference between Halka and Masaledaar?

Halka prompts are safe for mixed generations — observations about chai, travel, family events. Masaledaar prompts are closer to home — work stress, relationships, financial pressure. Host picks the tier at the start.

What happens if there is a tie or everyone answers the same?

If everyone picks the same option, the round shows "Pure herd!" — no lone wolf. If the votes split evenly between two or more options, it shows "Herd split!" — also no lone wolf. Both rounds still count toward the six.

How many players do you need?

Bhed Chaal works with 4 to 10 players. The lone wolf moment gets funnier with more players — a 9-1 reveal is more dramatic than a 4-1.
